Now Instagram users can access Facebook’s Messenger Rooms feature that supports video-calling option with up to 50 people. Taking to Twitter, Instagram had announced that its users can now create an easy way to video chat with up to 50 of their favourite people via Messenger Rooms on Instagram. This took place after Instagram’s integration with Messenger Rooms on Facebook.
Wondering how to use Messenger Rooms on Instagram? Well, the official announcement video has revealed to use video-calling option, one simply needs to follow these steps:
Open Instagram
Then, click on the Direct icon
Now, tap on the camera icon placed on the top right-hand side
After this, click on ‘Create a Room’ option on the top of the display screen (Mind you! It showcases a message, “Send a Link to video chat with anyone, even if they don’t have Instagram.”)
This will open a small pop-up window with a blue button on the bottom of the screen to ‘Create Room as (your name)
Once Room is created, now you need to check against the name of people to add in the
Tap on ‘Send’ button placed at the bottom
Now choose ‘Join Room’
With this, you will move out of Instagram and continue into Facebook Messenger
With this, one should ensure that Facebook Messenger pre-installed in their handsets as this video calling feature on Instagram is an integration of Facebook Messenger Room. This is why on joining room one moves out of Instagram and continue into Facebook Messenger.
Earlier a WABetaInfo report has revealed that the WhatsApp beta app version 2.20.163 for Android showcases a new integration with Messenger Rooms. This allows users to have access to this real-time video-chatting feature that enables up to 50 people to participate in the same group call.
If you too have 2.20.163 Android beta update installed, the news report added that you can check for WhatsApp’s new integration with Messenger Rooms by checking out the chat sheet if the Room icon is place alongside like Documents, Gallery, Audio, Location and Contacts. Why we didn’t mentioned about the Camera icon here, the reason is it has been replaced by Rooms in the WhatsApp beta app version 2.20.163 for Android.
On Clicking on Rooms, WhatsApp will introduce Room Messenger to you and you can get started by creating Rooms. But there is a second option too as you can access Room Messenger via Call tab. You select your contacts and then continue in messenger to create Room.
According to the report, the Messenger Rooms integration on WhatsApp has initially been introduced to users in the United States. However, it is believed that it will be made available in other regions soon.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg says he believes, within 10 years, about half of Facebook’s workforce will be working from home permanently. And the company, having found success with its involuntary shift to remote work during this pandemic, is starting its move in that direction now: making most open jobs available for work from home, and allowing many of the company’s office-based employees to start working remotely, too. But he says the company will “adjust” pay based on the employee’s actual work location — workers who currently earn the high salaries associated with the high-cost Bay Area may not get to keep them if they move somewhere cheaper.
The policy raises two critical questions: One, will Facebook really find it tenable to go to a model that relies much less on in-office work? And two, if it does, will it be able to maintain a policy of paying employees different salaries for the same work based on their location? I think the answers to both questions are unclear, but I also think that they are inversely related: the more Facebook shifts to work-from-home, the harder they will find it to pay employees location-based salaries for the same work.
“Like the second we all started working from home, everyone started speculating about whether working from home would be the next big thing,” says Betsey Stevenson, a labor economist and professor of public policy at the University of Michigan. “But we also remember Marissa Mayer calling everyone back to Yahoo! and saying, ‘This working from home thing isn’t working out.’”
Traditionally, the big tech firms have located in expensive labor markets like Silicon Valley because they believe they’re able to make more money by doing business there — a sufficiently greater amount of money that it’s worth paying the high salaries skilled workers there demand. Silicon Valley has the world’s greatest pool of skilled tech workers, and tech firms believe that those people do better work when they are physically near each other, interacting in-person, and drawing on each other’s expertise. If tech firms did not believe they got value out of the Silicon Valley location, they would move somewhere where the labor and the real estate are cheaper. And while significant numbers of workers in the industry already worked from home some or all of the time before the pandemic, there had also been pushback against that trend — most famously at Yahoo — driven by a sense among some executives that workers do better work when they are in the office more. Tech firms provide extensive and expensive amenities, including free meals, in part to induce employees to come physically into work and see each other.
If that thinking gets turned on its head — if Facebook and its peers decide they actually don’t care nearly as much about workers being in an office or in the Bay Area as they thought — then the substantial wage premium that exists for workers in Silicon Valley will be harder to justify. The Valley will remain a repository of talent, and to the extent workers there are more skilled than workers elsewhere, they’ll be paid more. But the part of the wage premium that was driven by the benefits of physical presence would go away. If Facebook really believes location doesn’t matter much anymore, it shouldn’t just be allowing its workers to move away from Silicon Valley, it should be actively shifting its employment footprint away from Silicon Valley, toward places where skilled workers are willing to accept lower salaries.
And in this scenario, I don’t think Facebook would have a lot of success benchmarking those remote workers’ salaries to their specific locations. After all, suppose one Facebook worker decides to work from home in San Diego and another equivalent worker moves to Boise. How will Facebook be able to hold down the salary of the Boise worker when both workers add the same value? Previously, you might have said it was because the Boise worker would have a harder time finding a more lucrative job offer in Boise, so he’d be less likely to quit over low pay. But now why wouldn’t one of Facebook’s competitors, having similarly discovered that remote work is just fine, hire away the low-paid Facebook workers in the low-cost markets?
Jed Kolko, the chief economist at the job-listing website Indeed, says Facebook’s ability to set salaries based on location will be determined by its competitors’ preferences and practices. If many other large, prestigious tech firms similarly decide they are prepared to go to a much less office-based culture — and Google is being more circumspect than Facebook, at least for now — that could lead to a much more national labor market in the tech industry, with reduced geographic variation in pay. Instead of competing mostly against workers in their local area, workers will compete for jobs with workers all over the country. Firms will also be competing with faraway firms to hire employees. Kolko says there is one way this shift should benefit both workers and firms: Better matching, with more workers finding a job that best suits their skills and interests. Other effects are more uncertain. Firms bidding against more firms could push national average wages up, but workers bidding against more workers could push them down. It is also possible American workers could face more competition from foreign workers — if a job doesn’t need to be done in the U.S., it usually doesn’t need to be done by someone with authorization to work in the U.S. — though sending jobs abroad adds logistical, cultural and tax implications not associated with increased geographic diversity within one country. In particular, virtual simulations of in-person interactions, such as Zoom meetings, are much more viable when employees are all in the same or similar time zones.
My best guess is the Silicon Valley pay premium will be maintained because, post-pandemic, companies will realize they were getting significant benefits from both regional agglomeration and face-to-face office interaction, and that a better-than-expected experience with temporary remote work does not mean it should be adopted as a permanent model. Stevenson, the labor economist, notes in particular that remote working seems to work better for employees who have already had extensive in-person interactions with members of the organization where they work; it is harder to integrate a new hire into in organization of people he or she has barely met. So as companies begin hiring again, they may rediscover some of the lost virtues of the office. As such, I would take the “under” on Zuckerberg’s projection that half the company’s workforce will be remote by 2030.

The Brassic and Our Girl star from Irlam always looks stunning, and she dazzled as she posed in an all-white outfit during lockdown.
But her followers on Instagram thought the actress had given herself a haircut.
It appeared that Michelle, who played Tina McIntyre in Coronation, was sporting a new shorter hairdo in the photo shared with her 4.5million followers.
“Arr I thought so … either that or you’d attempted a quarantine DIY haircut. I tried that on my son and it did not end well!” the fan replied.
“You look amazing,” said another.
After playing barmaid Tina in Corrie Michelle went on to win hearts as plucky Stockport army medic Georgie Lane in the BBC drama Our Girl, and she plays Erin in the comedy drama Brassic about the adventures of a group of friends living in Lancashire.
Last month the actress thanked heroic NHS staff in her home town as they worked another 12 hour shift on the coronavirus frontline.
Michelle shared a tweet from intensive care staff at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport to her 4.5million followers with a message of appreciation.
Khloe Kardashian Reveals Dramatic New Look On Instagram That Leaves Some Fans Confused
By Emily Hutchinson
Khloe Kardashian unveiled a dramatic new look this week as she revealed a new hair transformation. The stunning Keeping up with the Kardashians star took to social media on May 22 to give her 111.6 million followers a look at her hair as she showed off darker, shorter locks — but it wasn’t only her new ‘do that had some fans confused.
As reported by Cosmopolitan, the comments section was full of messages from fans who didn’t even recognize the mom of 2-year-old True Thompson as she struck a few sultry poses for the camera.
The upload in question, which can still be seen via Khloe’s Instagram account, was actually made up of three photos that showed Khloe with her brunette locks textured and down, sitting just below her shoulders. Her skin seriously glowed as she flashed her impressive tan in a white bustier top that plunged low at the chest with underwired cups and a corset-style fastening down her tummy.
She accessorized with a necklace featuring a delicate butterfly pendant and a pair of stud diamond earrings. Khloe stunned with long lashes and a nude lip.
In the first snap, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s sister flashed a smile for the camera as she looked directly into the lens while she posed in front of a plain white background.
In the second photo, she tilted her head to the left and pouted her full lips.
In the third and final photo, Khloe — who’s been locked down with the father of her daughter, Tristan Thompson, amid the ongoing pandemic — tilted her head upwards slightly and had her lips apart.
In the caption, Khloe joked that her location was “under b***hes skiiiinnnnn.”
The upload has attracted more than 4 million likes in only 14 hours as well as over 56,000 comments, many of which were from fans sharing their confusion over Khloe’s new look.
Plenty of fans questioned the snaps, as they claimed the new photos didn’t even look like the reality star.
“I don’t understand. Who is this?” one person asked in the comments section.
“You look beautiful but I didn’t recognize you. Please stop changing your appearance…” another Instagram user told Khloe.
Khloe’s confusing new snaps came shortly after the star opened up about her changing appearance earlier this month, notably her post-baby weight loss after she welcomed True into the world back in April 2018.
As The Inquisitr reported earlier this month, Khloe confirmed that she now weighs 150 pounds as she opened up about how she dropped 60 pounds after she become a mom. The reality star credited a healthy diet and exercise for helping her to lose the baby weight.
Instagram Model Krissy Cela Wears All Black For Upper Body Workout
By Isabel Leah Cohen
Instagram model Krissy Cela took to the popular social media site on Friday, May 22, to post her latest workout video for her 2.1 million followers. The workout targeted the upper body and Krissy demonstrated the exercises with the help of a friend.
For the workout, Krissy flaunted her toned figure in an all-black outfit that consisted of a halter-style sports bra and leggings. The top included a transparent bit of fabric across the upper chest and a cut-out on the opposite side. It left her sculpted arms exposed and teased a strip of toned tummy. The leggings rose high on her hips and hugged her curves through her backside and muscular legs. She completed the outfit with a pair of white sneakers and wore her dark tresses slicked back into a ponytail to keep her hair from falling in her face as she worked out. The fitness trainer also appeared to have added a touch of eye makeup and glossy lips.
Krissy’s friend also wore an all-black outfit, which consisted of a sleeveless tank top and leggings. She added a pair of white sneakers that matched Krissy’s.
Both Krissy and her friend carried out the workout in a gym setting, using a pair of silver dumbbells for resistance. The two women performed four different exercises as part of the upper body workout, each of which was separated into an individual video clip.
Before beginning the first exercise, Krissy and her friend were filmed flexing their biceps and giving each other a huge hug while flashing wide smiles for the camera. They then moved into lateral raises, lifting the dumbbells out to the side at the same time. The second exercise in the set was the DB shoulder press, a move that required them to push the dumbbells up and over their heads towards the ceiling.
In the third video, the exercise was the DB bent over row. The two women bent forward and lifted the dumbbells in towards their chests with their palms facing up. The final exercise in the circuit was the bicep curl. Standing back-to-back, Krissy and her friend demonstrated the move from the profile view.
In the caption of the post, Krissy told her fans that her friend serves as her daily dose of motivation and helps her stay accountable for her workouts. She added that the upper body workout could be found on the Tone & Sculpt app. Krissy developed the app to help women find a community of like-minded individuals all working to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Krissy’s latest workout video earned over 30,000 likes and several hundred comments within the first day.

A 1-year-old chef is cooking up a storm on social media, with more than a million followers on Instagram tuning in to “Kobe Eats” to enjoy his baby-faced tutorials.
The bio for “Chef Kobe” says the toddler likes “to cook, eat & explore in the kitchen.”
Videos show Kobe helping to prepare recipes ranging from mac and cheese to Turkish menemen, with a fair bit of tasting and gurgling “commentary” along the way.
Kobe’s mother, Ashley Wian, told CNN the videos began as a way of sharing her son’s excitement in the kitchen with friends and family.
“Cooking is just one of many practical things that Kobe does at home. He has so much fun doing it and such a big, animated personality, I decided to record it to share originally with friends and family,” she said. “We started his Kobe Eats Instagram at the end of February. He had about 200 followers till April 15 then it jumped! 100K, 200K, 500K … we definitely did not anticipate that! “
Wian said she and Kobe’s father Kyle have loved hearing that their son is putting a smile on so many faces all over the world.
“It makes us feel like we’re doing something right as parents to be raising a child who has the capability to make anyone smile with just a laugh! We always get messages from people saying how infectious his personality is,” she said. “We also love that it has encouraged parents to get their kids in the kitchen and sit down and eat as a family, something that is extremely important in our home. “
The couple are “all about hands on learning” and Wian says their kitchen is the perfect place for Kobe to learn and explore — regardless of the mess.
“He investigates new ingredients, feels new textures, learns practical skills like pouring, scooping and measuring. That is why this all started, another practical thing that he can learn so much from. He has fine tuned so many motor skills just by helping me. Yes it gets messy but that’s it. A mess is just a mess! It can be cleaned! The memories we make will last forever.”
Kobe’s cooking show has also captured some milestones — on one video (M&M cookies) — he can be heard saying “Dada” for the first time.
As for Kobe, Wian says he loves the camera and testing the ingredients. His favorite thing to make?
“Anything with cheese, mainly because he gets to eat it.”
Sierra Skye tantalized her Instagram fans with a sizzling bikini pic four days ago, and followed it up with another hot share today. She posed in a cropped shirt and a pair of hot pink bikini bottoms as she gave a smoldering look.
She posed next to a sliding glass door and held onto the door with her left hand. She raised her other hand by her ear and gazed directly at the camera with a fierce expression.
The model’s outfit included a white t-shirt that she tied to make into a crop top. The long sleeves were rolled up and the graphic in the center of her chest read “Huncho” in blue and pink. This was tagged with the Boohoo brand’s men’s account and Quavo’s Instagram account.
Sierra also rocked a pair of tiny bikini bottoms with straps that rested high on her hips. The neon pink fabric popped against her tanned body, and her additional jewelry brought attention to her toned figure. She accessorized with a couple of gold chains that she wrapped around her midriff and her belly ring peeked through. In addition, Sierra also sported thin, long silver hoop earrings and a chunky gold chain necklace.
She wore her hair piled up in a high bun with her loose bangs framing her face. Her makeup application apparently included mascara, light eyeshadow, and glossy pink lipstick.
Behind her was a dimly lit living room with a couch visible in the middle.
She was well-illuminated thanks to the natural lighting, and her skin looked flawless.
The update has received over 10,700 likes in the first 15 minutes since it went live, and her devotees gushed about her good looks in the comments section.
“You are fantastic,” raved an admirer, using a string of smiley face with heart-eyes to make their point.
“Can I just have your body ratio?!!!” exclaimed a second devotee.
“Keep it up,” wrote a third supporter.
“And just like that, friday became way better!” noted another social media user.
The stunner also shared another bikini snap four days ago, that time opting for a zebra-print bikini top and black thong bottoms. She stood with her back angled towards the camera and propped her right foot on the edge of the cream cushions of an outdoor couch. Sierra tugged at her bikini top with her left hand and the strap fell down her shoulder. She rocked a loose bun and completed her look with a pair of Nike sneakers.
Bucs QB Tom Brady has been all about love recently. Last week, he posted a happy birthday message on Instagram to tight end Rob Gronkowski, who will be joining him in Tampa this season. This week, he gave a shoutout to his offensive linemen, both past and present.
Today, Brady is back at, this time wishing a happy birthday to buddy and former Patriots teammate Julian Edelman.
Take a look at this screenshot from Brady’s Instagram story.
Edelman, of course, won three Super Bowls with Brady, and may be remembered best for this ridiculous catch in Super Bowl LI against the Atlanta Falcons.
