Qimmah Russo Goes Braless Under Loose Crop-Top In Latest Instagram Photo Set

Isabel Leah Cohen

Qimmah Russo attends the PrettyLittleThing x Karl Kani event at Nightingale Plaza on May 22, 2018 in Los Angeles, California.

Fitness model Qimmah Russo posted a new photo series to popular social media platform Instagram on Sunday, June 14. The snaps featured the model in a workout outfit and teased her braless chest.

Qimmah was photographed for the photo shoot in a light-pink crop-top and darker pink leggings. The tank top cut off just below the model’s rib cage, showing off her trim and toned abdomen. The loose-fitting material teased the model’s braless chest while the top also left her sculpted arms on display. On her lower half, the leggings rose to just beneath the model’s belly button, showing off a glitzy piercing. The design included small holes beginning mid-thigh and wrapping around the lower thighs, knees, and calves. The leggings clung to Qimmah’s sculpted lower half, highlighting her shapely backside and strong quad muscles.

The fitness trainer completed the look with pink and white manicured nails while wearing a platinum blond wig that was left flowing loose down her shoulders and back from a side part. Qimmah also appeared to have made up her face with thick, black lashes, black eyeliner, and pink lip gloss.

The photo shoot appeared to have taken place in the lobby of a building. Qimmah posed in front of a raised indoor garden bed filled with a variety of green plants. She leaned against a white wall while posing for the snaps. The photo set included a total of five individual snaps.

In the first photo, Qimmah was captured with her hip popped to the side as she leaned back against the wall and flashed a bright-white smile off towards a distant point beyond the camera. The second photo featured the model’s busty booty as she was photographed from the side and pushed her backside out behind her. In the third photo, Qimmah pushed out her chest while bending one leg and popping her booty out to the side.

The fourth photo featured the fitness trainer from the front angle again. She left her lips slightly parted and gazed towards the camera. In the final photo of the series, Qimmah was once again photographed from behind, letting her wavy tresses flow down her back to her backside.

In the caption of the post, Qimmah wished her followers a Happy Sunday and told them that her favorite part of the week is Monday. The photo set earned just over 20,000 likes and a couple hundred comments within the first several hours of appearing on the social media site.

“You’re the definition of perfect,” one Instagram user complimented the model in the comments section of the post.

How To Create Highly Engaging Content On Instagram

Mirko Scarcella

Photo:

Photo:GETTY

Creating “viral” content on Instagram can result in a huge surge of new followers and ultimately potential sales. But what exactly does it mean to “go viral” on Instagram? And what can you do to increase your chances of doing it yourself?

Ultimately, viral Instagram content refers to posts that generate significantly more engagement than a normal post would. In my experience as the president of a social media marketing company, you’ll know an Instagram post has gone viral when it has over 100,000 likes, views and comments and it’s been posted from an account that initially had only a couple thousand (or fewer) followers.

The virality of content essentially means that a post has generated enough attention for people to want to share it with others, thus circulating it farther and wider. Instagram users might like, comment on and share these types of posts on their own pages, too.

Why should you aim to create highly engaging, sharable content on Instagram?

There are plenty of reasons to put all your effort into creating an impactful post. A single successful post can significantly boost your Instagram followers count. When users come across a post they like, identify with or appreciate, they often follow the founding account. Gaining more followers is a great way to connect with a larger pool of people.

Additionally, it’s a relatively affordable way to market your brand, compared to target ads and influencer marketing. I’ve found that a higher number of followers also generally increases an account’s ability to generate higher conversions. This can be done either by directing a larger number of people to your website or blog, whereby they’ll be introduced to your product or service. Or, by selling directly to your wider audience on Instagram.

Any business, large or small, with an Instagram account should be taking steps toward creating content that captures an audience’s attention for these reasons.

How To Get Started

Not all Instagram posts will be a hit. Some are great successes by accident, while others simply miss the mark. Although whether a post will ultimately be shared resides largely in the hands of the wider Instagram community, there are still a few things an account holder can do to help the process along:

1. Find inspiration from Instagram itself. Turn to the “Explore” tab to discover current trends in your niche. It’s likely that this type of content is what’s catching the eye of your target audience. Once you have a better appreciation for what’s already popular, begin to think about your own post.

2. Know your audience and call to their emotions. Knowing your audience means you’ll understand their preferences, dislikes, fears and motivations. In other words, you’ll already know precisely what type of content is likely to resonate with them. Posts are widely shared because viewers aren’t indifferent to them. They have a connection or emotion related to the content that compels them to engage with it.

3. Incorporate humor when appropriate. It’s no secret that highly engaging content on Instagram is often humorous. Regardless of your industry, niche, product or service, there is usually always scope to be funny. If your underlying message appeals to people at the same time as making them chuckle, it will more than likely resonate with them and drive them to share the content.

4. Be unique and original, and keep content useful and actionable. Content that’s been circulating the web since the ’90s is unlikely to pique your audience’s interest today. Fresh, new angles can greatly influence the success of your post. Take this opportunity to help others and propel the content’s sharability. Offer a promo code or discount for shares and reposts to keep it going.

5. Post regularly. The frequency in which you post content is key to generating content that resonates with your followers on Instagram. According to Hootsuite, depending on certain metrics — such as if your content is timely and reflects what your audience has found interesting in the past — Instagram will show your post to your followers. The more your posts relate to your target audience, the more people who will see what you share. Therefore, creating impactful content begins way before the actual content is created. You must first build an active and engaged follower base to adhere to Instagram’s algorithm.

To help with this, you can consider using online planning tools that plan your posts and stories, add links to your Instagram bio, repost content from other accounts and tag people to your content.

In conclusion, while you can’t guarantee every post your business shares on Instagram will be a home run, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of creating engaging, sharable and “viral” content that resonates with your target audience.

The man’s girlfriend posted about the dramatic incident on Twitter, writing, “How fun Hannah Brown saved my boyfriend from drowning in the Ocoee River today.

https://twitter.com/quintnugget/status/1271943504332234752?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1271943504332234752&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.usmagazine.com%2Fcelebrity-news%2Fnews%2Fhannah-brown-saves-man-from-drowning-while-white-water-rafting%2F

The woman continued, “She was on the river with us our raft flipped and her and her family were on the trip with us she ended up pulling my bf onto their raft after the current took him. I didn’t know who she was but her mom said she had just won DWTS and that she was the bachelorette!”

When a commenter suggested that the former reality TV star’s kickboxing sessions have “helped her strength to pull a grown man back on the raft,” the woman replied, “She is strong!!” and added, “She and her family were so nice! Her momma was so proud of her baby girl I loved it.”

Brown’s brother, Patrick Brown, shared two photos on Instagram from their day on the water, writing, “Took on the rapids with the fam jam! I got to relive my lifeguard days and Hannah thinks she’s apart of the Coast Guard now… #rescuemission.”

A post shared by Patrick Brown (@patrickbrown81) on Jun 13, 2020 at 1:23pm PDT

The family outing came two weeks after Hannah, 25, spoke out in an emotional Instagram Live about the lessons she’s learned since sparking controversy for using the N-word.

The Dancing With the Stars champ admitted she was drunk when she uttered the racial slur while trying to remember the TikTok dance moves to DaBaby’s “Rockstar” during an Instagram Live on May 16.

After being slammed by fans and Bachelor Nation stars including Rachel Lindsay and Bekah Martinez, Hannah posted an apology message before taking a break from social media.

In her Instagram Live on May 30, she revealed she’d hired an “educator” and said she doesn’t want “to be an ignorant white girl who uses the N-word.”

“I have learned that there are things that I cannot say,” she added. “There is so much more historical context that I didn’t know that makes it so much more inappropriate.”

Brown admitted that what she has learned amid the controversy has “changed” her life, saying, “I will keep doing whatever I can to learn more and support the solution in all this.”

Fans Think the Kardashian-Jenners’ Kids Are the Key to Them Staying Relevant

Wendy Michaels

Can the Kardashian-Jenners stay relevant now that they’re getting older? Many fans agree that interest in the family has already peaked and they might not have much left to offer on their reality show. With every family member embarking on other business ventures, they’ve diversified enough that they don’t need to depend on the TV show. And even though they’re all social media influencers, some fans think that the Kardashian-Jenners might struggle to hold on to relevancy — unless they start adding their kids into the mix more.

Have people lost interest in the Kardashian-Jenners?
Fans are still tuning in to Keeping Up With the Kardashians and following their every move on Instagram, but there are many who agree that interest in the family might fizzle eventually.

When one fan asked on Reddit, “Do you think that they will remain relevant this decade?,” there was some agreement that it might get progressively harder for the Kardashian-Jenners to keep people interested in their brands.

“I believe they will still be relevant and well known but less in the spotlight,” one Redditor shared, adding, “The show however I can’t imagine them doing it for another decade.”

https://www.instagram.com/p/B5tVRrzhwgf/?utm_source=ig_embed

Will their careers change?

The Redditor also had a full idea of some of the career avenues each of the sisters might explore. “Kim is trying to set up her future right now, we can see her making major changes in her life. I imagine her launching more products or even another brand and I think she‘ll go more into the producing role with other tv shows. I can see her being a part of more docuseries and her founding some sort of organization for justice reform,” they noted.

For Khloe, they anticipate her being on a show like The View or Fashion Police or even hosting a radio show and producing shows. They don’t think she’ll launch another brand, however. The Redditor also predicted that, since Kourtney wanted off the show, she might not be in the spotlight much except for her work on her lifestyle site Poosh. They added that “she‘ll probably do things like flipping houses but I just can‘t imagine her seeking attention from the public. She seems to be over being famous.”

Kendall, according to the Redditor, will continue modeling and “might launch a clothing brand herself” and possibly could pursue photography or acting.

“Kylie will ride the wave of being an influencer until the end,” the Redditor noted. “She might do more on her YouTube channel but I can‘t see her launching another brand. I think there will be an overhaul of Kylie Cosmetics and they will try make it more high end and less focused on her image. That way the brand won‘t have to rely as much on her popularity anymore and can stand for itself.”

https://www.instagram.com/p/CAtCpDDnadw/?utm_source=ig_embed

Can the kids keep them relevant?

Many fans agreed that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters just aren’t as relevant anymore, given their ages. “I can see Kylie and Kendall staying relevant because of age,” one Redditor wrote, but explained that the older Kardashian sisters might not be as relatable. “Teenagers who will decide what future trends should be are more interested in influencers close to their age… not a 40 year old,” they wrote.

Other Reddit users agreed and some thought that bringing the kids into the mix might be the solution. One Redditor commented, “Their kids… the next generation” and another said that for Kim, Khloe, and Kylie specifically, “posting their kids on social media” could keep the momentum going.

Another Reddit user offered, This might be unethical of me but I do hope to see a spinoff with the kids IF (big if, don’t attack me) that is what they want. I would never want children to be forced into the limelight if they do not choose that life, but the selfish part of me is definitely SO curious on how they will grow up.”

’90 Day Fiancé’: Tom Brooks Insults Americans on Instagram

John Wolfe

90 Day Fiancé star Tom Brooks has caught a lot of flak during his most recent season on the show with Darcey Silva, and it doesn’t look like that’s slowing down anytime soon. By now, fans of the show who follow the cast members on social media know that Brooks has a penchant for lashing out at his critics and trolls. They also may know that Brooks often resorts to body shaming in his attempts to clapback. Now, Brooks has gone ahead and made a sweeping statement about Americans that has some fans readying their pitchforks.

Tom Brooks sort of apologized for insulting Darcey Silva

When 90 Day Fiancé couple Tom Brooks and Darcey Silva called it quits, things didn’t end well. The two met up to discuss the status of their relationship, with Silva angling to get to the bottom of a photo Brooks took with another woman.

While Silva’s focus was on infidelity, Brooks felt as though she doesn’t listen to what he’s actually saying often enough. He went on to tell her that she was too hung up on her last 90 Day Fiancé ex, Jesse Meester. He said, “You were so preoccupied with other things. It was really hard for me to listen to the Jesse thing all the time.”

At the end of the discussion, when it was clear that things were not getting patched up anytime soon, Brooks asked Silva, “Did you put weight on?”

Fans were shocked by the pettiness of Brooks’ comment. The reality star took to Instagram to post a half-hearted apology in which he blamed editing for the moment. He wrote, “The truth is they edited the hell out of the scene … it was one of the first things I said after the first 20 takes of her jacket falling of coming into the building to meet me … I was like come on get on with it …. followed by the scene you saw “have you put on weight”, it’s out of context and chopped to create drama I can only again apologise to her and anyone offended by the scene [sic].”

It remains unclear how asking someone who is sensitive about their appearance if they gained weight could have been used out of context.

Tom Brooks caught body-shaming ‘90 Day Fiancé’ fan

Unfortunately, Tom Brooks was caught doubling down on his body shaming on Instagram. A Redditor posted a screenshot of an interaction between Brooks and a 90 Day Fiancé fan on the social media platform.

A commenter asked Brooks on Instagram, “Think it’s funny to body shame a woman[?]”

Brooks fired back, “Those in glass houses even the dog has en edge in you [sic].”

Brooks then went for the weight comment, adding, “Look Leslie I’m sure you hear that all the time … you could try a diet

As if Tom Brooks hasn’t given 90 Day Fiancé fans enough ammo against him already, he was recently caught disparaging the entirety of Americans as a culture.

One fan of the show commented on his Instagram, “Bro you smashed even [Babygirl Lisa] how thirsty are you? God you’ll end up alone just like her.” For the record, there is no evidence that Brooks and Babygirl Lisa got intimate.

Brooks replied, “You Americans really don’t understand how to be nice do you?”

Some Redditors found rich irony in Brooks’ reply. One user wrote, “Calling Darcy fat was nice huh. What a d**che.”

Another user added, “If we’re so awful why is he always so horny to get into our country?”

“Because using and toying with an emotionally unstable desperate woman and trying to humiliate her on national TV is just the epitome of nice,” commented one Redditor.

Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague returns to social media after death of dog Mr Chai with glimpse at new home

Sarah Deen

Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague

Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has returned to social media after the death of her dog Mr Chai. Molly-Mae and boyfriend Tommy Fury’s pomeranian puppy died just six days after they welcomed him into their home. The couple shared that the poor pup had a series of health issues, including his skull not forming properly, exposing part of his brain. Many people were outraged, accusing them of only getting the dog for Instagram photo opportunities. In a video they hit back at online trolls, with Molly-Mae stepping back from social media. Molly-Mae and Tommy were recently spotted packing up their belongings and moving out of their Manchester flat.

Now the Love Island star has shared a sneak peek inside their new pad, posting a picture on Instagram of all their stuff in boxes. She told fans that they needed ‘a change of scenery’.

Molly Mae Hague

Addressing the recent furore, Molly-Mae said on her Instagram Stories: ‘I don’t want to dwell on the last couple of weeks but what I do want to say is thank you. ‘Thank you to every single person who has sent me such thoughtful messages asking me how I am and making sure I’m okay, it has meant the world to me.

Olivia Attwood claims Molly-Mae and Tommy were conned

‘I’ve enjoyed a much needed break from my phone but I’m back now and ready to get stuck into some really exciting things I have coming up.’ The reality TV star also posted a glam shot of herself on the patio of her new home, showing off its sleek and simple decor including a huge, comfortable grey sofa.

She also posted a snap of their telly (they were watching the boxing, obvs) sharing that she and Tommy are having a ‘lazy Sunday’, adding another pic of her man chilling out in the front room. In a YouTube video, the couple became very emotional as they spoke about their decision to buy from a seller who had brought the dog over from Russia

https://www.instagram.com/p/B_4zHJnlBt3/?utm_source=ig_embed

‘People that are saying we bought him for Instagram likes, please stop saying that,’ Molly-Mae told viewers, adding that she had made certificates proving all the pups injections had been done. ‘Our lives are on social media, my full-time job is to show you guys what I’m doing,’ she said. ‘If I didn’t have Instagram, he wouldn’t be on Instagram. ‘We’re not asking for any kind of sympathy. What’s happened is awful. I’m asking you to understand that the dog travelling from Russia is not the reason he died.’
