Fitness model Caroline O’Mahony showed fans several at-home exercises they can in her latest Instagram post. She wore tight workout shorts that showcased her curvy backside while performing the exercises outside.

The 22-year-old has been providing fitness and diet tips to her followers during the coronavirus pandemic, and her latest upload gave instructions on a legs and abs workout that could be done anywhere. O’Mahony did the exercises outside on a step. She kept her long brown hair in a ponytail, and wore orange workout shorts that tightly hugged her curves along with a tight black top.

In the first of five clips, the social media influencer was filmed from the side as she held a dumbbell close to her chest and put her left leg up on a step. O’Mahony slowly lowered her body down and performed several squats. Each time she bent down fans were offered a view of her athletic booty and sculpted calves. The next video had her in a push-up position with her hands on the step. O’Mahony kept switching which hand supported her weight and would touch her opposite shoulder with the free hand. She swiveled her bottom side-to-side with each motion.

The YouTube star grabbed two dumbbells for her third exercise. O’Mahony held the weights up to her shoulders as she did squats. Each repetition accentuated her shapely derriere. In the fourth clip, the model went back to a push-up position on the step, but this time she raised the opposite arm forward as she re-positioned her weight and lifted one of her legs. O’Mahony was joined by her dog, Oscar, in the final video. She sat down on the ground and lifted her legs side-to-side over a dumbbell which was sitting upright in front of her. The model added instructions for the exercises in the caption for her post.

Many of O’Mahony’s 670,000 Instagram followers appreciated the tips, and the post earned over 13,000 likes in just over two hours after going live. There were more than 100 comments as fans flooded her replies with peach and fire emoji. She received compliments on her outfit and gratitude for sharing the at-home workout.

“Killer session for sure,” a female fan wrote while adding a weight-lifting emoji.

“Perfect training girl!” another commented.

“Love this color on you,” one follower replied.

“Yesss, love those shorts,” a fan added.

As covered by The Inquisitr, O’Mahony shared another home workout post earlier this month. These exercises targeted the lower body. Those clips had over 25,000 likes.

Naomi Campbell has shared a picture on Instagram showing the extreme measures she’s taken to avoid Covid-19 on a flight.

Campbell is known for her germaphobe tendencies, and she opted to wear a hazmat suit and a face shield on her latest flight.

She captioned the photo “on the move”.

Some followers were not a fan of her look and accused the star of using far more PPE than she needs.

“You have on more PPE than medical professionals wear when actually caring for patients who have Covid-19. You can dial it back a little,” one commenter wrote.

Another called her look “extremely selfish and self-serving”.

The 49-year-old first debuted her hazmat suit look in LAX in March, complete with an N95 mask and pink latex gloves.

“Safety First NEXT LEVEL [sic],” she posted on Instagram.

In July last year, Campbell posted her extensive flight routine on YouTube. In the video the model uses antibacterial wipes to sanitise the overhead lockers, her seat, tray table, and the TV screen – as well as everything else in reach.

It appears Campbell will not be letting go of her extreme cleaning habits anytime soon.

‘”Dettol wipes. Clean everything you touch. Anything you could possibly touch. All this stuff … anything that you put your hands on,” she told viewers in the YouTube video.

“This is what I do on every plane I get on. I do not care what people think of me. It’s my health and it makes me feel better.

“I mean as much as I travel, I should get sick so much more with colds and stuff and I’m blessed that I don’t, and I really think that this helps me, my little routine.”

The garment was crafted from a mesh material that was entirely see-through, revealing nearly every inch of Lyna’s ample assets. She placed her hands over her breasts to cover up the NSFW areas, but there was still a serious amount of cleavage on display.

Her toned stomach was also visible in the snap, and her long brunette locks were parted in the middle and cascaded down her chest in a sleek style. Her beauty look for the shot was natural, with what appeared to be a soft pink hue on her lips and bold brows to frame her gorgeous eyes.

Lyna’s followers absolutely loved the smoking hot update, and the post racked up over 10,300 likes within just 20 minutes. It also received 1,038 comments from her fans, who showered her with compliments in the comments section.

“Absolutely gorgeous,” one fan said, followed by two heart emoji.

Christine says the lockdown saved her marriage

Christine insisted that the lockdown period brought relief to her marriage and the two have bonded well since then. She joked she first assumed they might end up at each other’s throats when the quarantine period was announced, but stated that it’s all sailing well and the two have understood each other, after their marriage was in rocky waters from February 2018, where her husband had a secret night out with with the All Saints band frontwoman Nicole Appleton.

Speaking to Woman’s Own Magazine about her relationship with her husband, she said, ”I thought we’d be killing each other – that we’d be arguing and bickering – but we’re not. We’re both putting in 50/50, so there’s absolutely nothing for us to argue about. We’re just trying to have a good time and we’re laughing a lot!”.

The glamour model also declared they’re now stronger than ever, and appreciated the current crisis that forced them into ”the same boat for the first time in our lives”.

An Instagram model believes she loses out on over $1 million per year as she claims her account is the ‘most impersonated’ on the social media site. 

Allison Parker used to work as a waitress, but set up her Instagram account in 2015 and now reportedly rakes in a seven-figure salary by posting pictures to her followers.

The 28-year-old regularly shares snaps showing off her figure, but dozens of other accounts also post similar pictures, with users claiming to be Allison in order to attract victims as part of catfishing schemes, where internet users pose as someone else.

When she first came across a fake account, Allison admitted she was ‘a little flattered’, but the sheer number of fake profiles now ‘drives [her] crazy’.

The model explained:

If you search Allison Parker on Instagram or other social media platforms I’m almost 100% positive that I’m the most impersonated model on it.

They usually just post the same content I post with the same exact captions. Some are catfishing. A lot are selling my content for their own gain.

There is currently no law in the UK prohibiting catfishing, but many campaigners are pushing to make it illegal as people can fall victim to scams involving abuse, fraud or romance.

Allison doesn’t interact with the fake accounts, though she believes her attempts to get rid of them are futile as ‘the reporting mechanism is absolutely no good’.

The fake profiles have left Allison’s fans confused as to which account is real, and as a result the model believes she gets reported ‘more than most of the fakes’.

Allison wants Instagram to verify her account so followers will know which is real, as at the moment she believes the impersonators are benefiting from her content.

She explained:

They have nothing better to do than live a fake life pretending to be me and ripping innocent people off.

I bet if you add up every dollar someone has earned re-selling my content acting as me or catfishing people, I’d have to guess it’s over $1m a year in lost income.

Allison has received comments from people who believe she took their money through catfishing, and she admitted that it can be tough to reassure the people who have fallen for the lies.

While some victims believe her, others ‘swear up and down’ she is responsible.

Though fake accounts make her job more difficult, Allison still has plenty of admirers, some of which have proposed marriage to her and others who claim she is already their wife.

The model has received a few strange requests from fans, one of which involved someone asking: ‘May I purchase a Tupperware of one of your large bowel movements?’

Unsurprisingly, Allison wasn’t so keen on that idea, as she explained:

[I] wasn’t sure if I was supposed to freeze my poop or what but I guess he probably had the info.

I don’t want to be known as the girl who sold out for taking a turd for someone’s obsessive pleasure.

Strange requests aside, Allison said the job allows her to live a ‘laid back lifestyle’, and while she does ‘buy [herself] some nice things’ she tries to save when she can.

She also enjoys ‘interacting with [her] fans and other models’ and ‘working [her] own hours from home and having a lot of freedom’.

For any keen fans who might be looking to romance her, rather than one of the impersonators, Allison advised showing appreciation for her work. Hopefully any interested parties will be able to find the real her!
